1.1 This agreement is an agreement between VIP Member and the App for users to become VIP members of the App and to use the automatic renewal entrustment and deduction service provided by the App. This Agreement describes the rights and obligations between the App and VIP members regarding the use of the Service and related aspects. "VIP Member" or "You" means an individual or a single entity that has completed all procedures for becoming a VIP Member of the App and has used the VIP Membership Services provided by the App in accordance with the applicable Rules for Use of the App. This Agreement shall constitute a prerequisite for you (whether you are an individual or an entity) to use the Service provided by the App. Unless you accept the terms of this Agreement, you have no right to use the Service. Your choice to use the Service shall be deemed as your consent to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1.2 The App has the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time. In case of any change or modification of the Terms of Service, the App will make an announcement on the relevant page and the modification will take effect and be implemented 10 days after the date of announcement. If VIP members do not agree to any modification of this Agreement, they can cancel the automatic renewal function; If the VIP member continues to use it, it will be deemed that the VIP member has accepted all the modifications of this agreement.

1.3 When using the Service, you must have the corresponding rights and behavior ability and be able to independently assume legal responsibilities. If you are under the age of 18, you can only use the Service under the guardianship of your parents or other guardians, and your use of the Service shall be deemed to have obtained the approval of your parents or other guardians.

2.1 The Service is designed to meet the needs of the VIP members for automatic renewal. On the premise that the VIP members have opened the Service, the Service is launched to avoid the loss caused by the failure of the VIP members to renew the service on time due to negligence or other reasons. The APP can be authorized by the VIP members when the VIP member's validity period is about to expire. Entrusted payment channels, from the member's own prepaid phone account with VIP member account binding of third-party payment account, bank CARDS, communication account (hereinafter generally referred to as the "account") and the balance of withholding the next billing cycle costs, including but not limited to quarterly and annual billing cycle, etc. (the same below), VIP member can be displayed under this application platforms to choose billing cycle. The service is realized on the premise that the VIP member has bound his/her APP VIP member account to the above account, and can successfully deduct money from the above account.

2.2 Automatic renewal specifically refers to the deduction method for the next billing cycle of VIP members charged by the App through the above-mentioned accounts based on the premise of 2.1. VIP members shall guarantee that the App can successfully deduct the fees from the above-mentioned accounts. The VIP member shall be responsible for any renewal failure caused by insufficient deductible balance in the above-mentioned accounts. The App reserves the right to interrupt/terminate the relevant VIP membership rights and services.

2.3 If a VIP member chooses to open automatic renewal, it shall be deemed that he agrees to authorize the App to issue debit instructions to the account, and agrees that the account can deduct the fees of the next billing cycle from the account without verifying the member's account password, payment password, SMS check code and other information according to the debit instructions issued by the App. Unless the VIP Member expressly cancels the automatic renewal, the VIP Member's automatic debit authorization for the App is irrevocable. Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, the APP will not refund the fees paid by VIP members in any way.

2.4 When VIP members enjoy the Service, they shall be bound by all terms and conditions of the App Privacy Agreement and the App VIP Member Service Agreement, relevant sub-agreements, page descriptions or normative procedures. When a VIP member uses the Service, The use of the service by the VIP member shall be deemed as the terms of service of the service and the consent of the application to the service. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and the App VIP Membership Service Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.

2.5 The Service provided by the App to VIP members is limited to the use of the App Platform by VIP members. Any act of separating the Service provided by the App from the App Platform by malicious cracking or other illegal means shall not be deemed as the Service agreed in this Agreement. The doer shall be responsible for all the legal consequences arising therefrom, and the APP will pursue the doer's legal responsibility according to law.

3.1 The App is responsible for providing VIP members with information about automatic renewal charges, but it is not responsible for printing relevant invoices and/or forwarding them to VIP members.

3.2 The App will send an automatic renewal reminder to VIP members by SMS or other means before the expiration of the validity period of the VIP member. If the charges of the next billing cycle are deducted from the above-mentioned accounts of the VIP member, the deduction amount will be recorded into the payment record of the VIP member on the date of deduction, and the validity period of the VIP member will be extended accordingly. Once the payment is successfully deducted, the App reserves the right to collect the fee immediately and will not provide refund service.
